Why we started this

A couple of years ago, a friend of mine spent twenty minutes hunting for a working Groww referral code before giving up and signing up without one. He missed out on a free stock, just because the code he found on some random blog had expired three months earlier and nobody had bothered to update it.

That's basically the whole origin story. India has a referral code for almost everything now — investing apps, food delivery, ride-hailing, gaming, you name it. But most of the lists floating around online are stale, copy-pasted from each other, or buried under so many ads you give up before finding the code.

So we built FreeCouponStuff to be the opposite of that: a place where every code is checked, every page is fast, and you can actually find what you're looking for without scrolling past ten "sponsored" boxes.

What we actually do

We collect referral codes, invite codes, and promo codes for apps that Indians use every day — finance apps, shopping platforms, food delivery, travel booking, gaming, and a bunch of other categories. Each code comes with a quick explainer: what app it's for, what reward you get, and how to actually use it.

We also let our community submit their own codes. If you've got a referral code for an app that isn't listed yet, you can add it yourself — our team reviews submissions before they go live, and a few get picked as "top codes" for a particular app page.

How we keep things honest

We don't take money to rank a code higher, and we don't hide working codes behind paywalls or "premium" sections. If a code stops working, we either remove it or mark it clearly — nobody likes clicking through to a dead promo.

We're also upfront that some of these are referral codes, meaning the person who shared it (or sometimes we, the site) may get a small reward when you use it. That's normal for how referral programs work, and it doesn't cost you anything extra. You still get the same signup bonus either way.
